Mission/Function of the Role:
This position is ideal for a self-starter ready to take on multiple tasks and support the DI Department in South Africa. We are looking for a young dynamic individual who is ready to take on the challenge at one of the world’s leading technology companies.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Commercial duties for Digital Industries Factory Automation.
- Validation of customer orders booked
- Purchase requisition creation (German PR, Third Party PR)
- Debtors – Participates in investigating and resolving commercial queries
- Web cycles
- Invoicing
- Credit notes
- PD JV’s cost transfers for Interns cost, Skynet costs.
- Assist in performing checks and controls related to RIC Key Controls for the Business Unit & Margin Control
Qualifications and Experience:
- Completed B. Com Degree in Accounting.
- Little/No work Experience
Competencies:
- Good with people interaction
- Great communication skills
- Goal Driven
- Result orientated
