We are looking for recent graduates with a good academic record and you have excellent (written & verbal) communication and good computer literacy, Now is the time to discover your future!
This opportunity provides an introduction to the working world with quality practical experience, as well as a foundation for further professional development.
You will be supported by positive mentorship and work on various projects in order to gain valuable practical experience to kickstart a successful career.
FOC (Front Office Coordinator) / Internship Daily Duties:
- Good Telephone Etiquette; Schedule appointments for jobseekers to register with Express for future employment; Operate a switchboard; Forward incoming calls; Take detailed messages when consultants are not available.
- Assist Walk-In jobseekers; explain our registration process & assist with onboarding candidates who are looking for work.
- Office Administration; Payroll Support.
Minimum Requirements:
- This internship is only open to graduates based in Cape Town, Helderberg area (essential)
- No prior work experience required (please see below for minimum education requirements)
- Passion for working with people (essential)
- Life Long Learner who values continued education and pursues opportunities that nurture growth (essential)
Qualifications:
We are looking for graduates with qualifications in the following areas for our 2023 Internships:
- Business Management
- Human Resources Management
- Office Administration
