This role actively generates sales through clinical support. You will provide in-OR/Cath-Lab support to facilitate technology adoption and unlock the full as well as introduce them to the variety of potential of Medtronic products during the procedure. Create strong adoption and demand from clinical stakeholders and build robust relationships with clinicians based on unparalleled therapy insights. Develop towards delivering a comprehensive training and education value offering.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned;-
- This is a temporary position
- Responsible for working with the cardiovascular team with the service group or product group and/ or project group
- Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of projects
- Provides quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting, and internal communication services with team members
- Investigates and communicates potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives
- Works with different departments including sales, customer service, marketing, and business development to develop knowledge of the industry and organizational processes
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Cardiac Clinical Technology
- Need to be located and reside in the Western Cape
- Able to travel to support clinical stakeholders
- Driver’s License Technically strong – understand the relevant Medtronic Products
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn on-the-job
