Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

The purpose of this role is to manage all administration and coordination of all marketing activities including events, branding, procurement, on-air and digital.
Specification:
- Completion of all admin tasks related to: media partnership booking forms and on-air and digital campaigns
- Assisting with collation of marketing materials and reports/feedback, and ensuring that these are delivered on brief and on time.
- Set up and strike for all media partnerships and YFM events
- Coordination of below the line elements of events /promotional activity as per brief from sales, clients and programming
- Marketing calendar to be kept updated to plan adequately for future partnerships and events
- Carry out any other reasonable task as directed by the Marketing Executive.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Set up of branding at media partnerships and YFM events is of premium standard
- Set up of sound equipment and CDJs at all YFM activations when needed
- Completion of booking forms and all on-air campaigns adequately and on time
- Completion of all reports adequately and on time
- Marketing calendar kept updated at all times
- Ensure all initiatives comply with the 6 pillar criteria.
Administration as required. - Assisting with cost estimates and expense schedules for marketing projects and client campaigns as and when required.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of all marketing events.
- Follow up on all communication and logistics of marketing related activity.
- Follow up on admin and billing details from service providers, artists and clients where necessary.
- Follow up on the production and distribution of all marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree: BA, Communication, Marketing
- Experience: A minimum of 1 years’ experience
- Language: English
Specific Professional Competencies:
- Deadline driven
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player
- Management of assigned team and project goals
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to travel as and when required
This position will require that the successful candidate avail themselves outside of normal business hours pending requirements of job and business requirements, which may include weekends and public holidays.
