WORK INTEGRATED LEARNERSHIPS 2022 (INTERNAL/ EXTERNAL)
Basic Function In line with our approved Social and Labour Plan (SLP), Northam Platinum, Zondereinde Mine is looking to award a Work Integrated Learning opportunities for students wishing to gain workplace learning experience to graduate. These are exciting opportunities in which the successful learner(s) shall be required to undergo Work Integrated Learning aligned to their field of study.
The learner will be given a Fixed-term Contract of Employment aligned to the duration of the leamership agreement with a stipend allowance

Work Integrated Learning / Experiential Training is offered in the following fields:
- Mining Engineering
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Metallurgical / Chemical Engineering
- Environmental Management
- Analytical Chemistry
- Mineral Survey
- Communications / Public Relations
- Management Studies
- Accounting and/or Finance
These exciting opportunities are accessible to students that have studied at accredited South African Universities of Technology and South African Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Colleges.
