Job Description:

Training will be provided for and assistance needed with the following:

General administrative support tasks
Social media posting
Unifying company-related documents to meet the corporate identity specifications
Transcribing of minutes, interviews and recordings of events
Media monitoring
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, publications and correspondence
Planning for inhouse and corporate events
Communicating with suppliers and service providers during event preparation
Preparation and ordering of branded material
Management of company’s digital media library
Compiling event budgets, evaluations & reports
Participating in team meetings and providing detailed feedback on tasks

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in one of these fields:
- Communications,
- Public Relations,
- Media Studies
Applicants residing in Springs and aged between 18 and 35 years
Computer literate, familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, and open to learning to work with new software and applications
Ability to communicate effectively (in writing and verbally)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
